CAD Designer with architectural drafting knowledge - repost

We are seeking the services of a highly talented and flexible CAD Designer. Must have experience producing architectural plans. Please list what software you typically use, and describe your skill level. Most of all, you must be able to operate at an expert level with the software, so you can produce designs quickly and efficiently. A creative eye is also very important. Familiarity and experience with different types of designs is a big asset as well.
Must be a good communicator in English. Communication will be typically by Skype instant message. So you should be able to type, and read to communicate effectively about projects.
