Context buildings modeled and textured accurately to 30cm to "Level of Detail B" (LODB). Low polygon modelling from Point-Cloud data. An NDA (Non-Disclosure-Agreement) is required to be signed and returned before Award (PDF attached). You will be provided with a Point-Cloud file in 3dsmax 2014 format upon award for reference modelling along with reference and location material. You will need to deliver the final 3dsmax file and all source files including materials. Acceptance is on approval from review of work to standard indicated. Instructions for modelling from point clouds as indicated here: [login to view URL] Quality of buildings is required to be same as attached images -- Our estimation is three day's work for 12 buildings + carports (18 hours, 1.5 hours per building). You will need to deliver the final 3dsmax file. Project Budget is $300 AUD. Delivery is expected within 4 days of Award.
