Hello I am interested in a long term business relationship in this kind of projects. I can not tell you an exact price for architectural visualisation projects, because it depends on many variables, such as is it an interior or exterior visualisation project, how big is the building, etc. The prices usualy start around 40-50 € for an exterior visualisation project for a house and can go to approximatly 100-150 € for an interior design and interior visualisation project. I usually use ArchiCad + Artlantis Studio + a little bit of Photoshop. Please contact me in order to send you some samples. Best regards

Hi! I have a strong background working with architects over various projects, so I believe I would be the perfect fit for the job. I completely understand what you need, I know how to read a 2D architectural plan and I have a lot of experience turning 2D drawings into realistic 3D models and renderings. I use several applications, often interchanging between them in order to get the best results: SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D and Sculptris for 3D modeling and rendering when appropriate, as well as Kerkythea, Artlantis Studio and IDX Renditioner for rendering purposes only. When needed, I edit the final rendered images with Gimp, an open-source software alternative to Photoshop, with almost the same features. The bid is for a 100-150 square meters area, but we can discuss over it. Note: the attachment button doesn't work right now, so please take a look at my portfolio for samples of my work.
