Hello from America! I am a Revit Architecture 2014 Certified Professional, and this particular project you have looks very straightforward and simple. Don't let anyone fool you, it takes maybe an hour or two to put the elements in place that you've shown in your sketch (4 walls on 2 stories, a staircase, a couple of doors, and some windows). I work full time in commercial construction doing this type of design work, and I do small projects like yours on the side, so I understand the industry and can provide you with the result you are looking for. Given those drawings and a few additional specs such as opening sizes, wall heights, stair details, etc. I could have a first draft ready for you in a few hours. Then you can send me back notes for any changes, and I can tweak it and resubmit. We will repeat this process until you are completely satisfied. Revit also has the power to export to CAD so when the project is complete I can give you a CAD file with your new office in place as well as any drawings or 3D views you may want.
