Hello sir, My name is Luis Sousa and i am an an architect graduated from one of the most influent architecture schools in europe ( FAUP / Faculdade de arquitectura da universidade do Porto ) . I worked for two year with architect Joao Paulo Loureiro at his office, where i worked in every development phase of the porjects and in the development of graphic content . Right now i am starting my own business wich aims in part to the development of architectural projects but also , to produce high quality images and animations related to architecture. As you need some renderings done, the proposal i make to you is the follow : - I'll develop for you 2 exterior and interior images ( a total of 4 images ) with not only high quality but with graphical appeal . - I will also develop for you a small animation . Consider this a bonus since we are aiming to produce a lot of these animations in the future and need to build a solid portfolio . - To do this i estimate about 2 days, to develop the model of your project . And another 8 days to render the images and the animatio, ( take care of the cammera angle, lighting , etc ) . As i said before, i will not charge you for the animation , but it will be surely a plus when you are marketing your project ( if thats what you aim for ) .
