Do some 3D Modelling

We need 3D view of a duplex house, where certain portions of the house must be transparent. At the same time it must be shown from outside that the entire electrical equipment can be controlled by a smart phone. The purpose of this is to show it as a home automation picture where the following points should be seen: 1. Lighting control 2. Motorised curtains 3. Motorised Car garage shutter 4. CCTV's 5. Water sprinklers in lawn 6. Video door phone 7. Automation switches The images should not be copied from anywhere and also we need the copyrights of that drawn design as well as the original file with high quality.
