Courtroom Hearing Re-enactments 3D Animation

This project requires full working knowledge and expertise in Reallusion iClone 6 & 7 animation software suite, e.g. iClone 7 pro, 3DXchange, Character Creator, CrazyTalk 8. (I can provide the software and development platform and rendering engine for use on this project if necessary, and this can be done remotely.) I have several sets of audio that were text-to-speech converted from transcripts of several hearings from a court case. I want to turn these audio files into a set of 3D animation reenactments of the hearings, using the audio as the script and template for the animations. It is relatively straightforward animation, with 6 to 8 interactive actors/avatars in a courtroom at a time, e.g. attorneys questioning witnesses, judge addressing the courtroom, some establishing courtroom shots, witnesses entering courtroom, sitting down, walking to witness stand, picking up papers and exhibits, handing things to other characters, drinking water, writing on paper, etc. I can provide finished Character Creator avatars for the characters, and I have the courtroom project file setup; there is also a brief animation script for notable events, but most of the staging and actions is standard. Each hearing has a duration of 15 minutes to 2 hours. I do have the avatars, existing stage/project and audio for this project ready to go. These are things that the animators would not have to create from scratch. I am willing to pay $100.00 per finished hour of an animation project, each animation project representing a day's hearing, and completed in sequence to the chronology of hearings, and there are 25 separate hearings.
