Create an Animation _Medical

2D animation for the Mascot of a Paediatrics Clinic Here is the brief: I will only choose the best animator, and before awarding the project i would like to have a 5 second of animation to be done with which i will be able to asess the real quality that you can deliver. That is the reason i have initially set the budget low right now. I can gauge it since i am myself a trained and experienced animator. I am unable to do it - since i have my plates full right now. This is the reason why i am outsourcing it. Whoever is awarded the project is going to be working on a 10 second animation of the Mascot of a paediatrics clinic, and eventually be hired for an year. The Mascot is already designed , you will be required to animate it in a way which introduces the mascot to the audience/kids. The target audience is very young kids. I would like an animation to be happy, and it should appeal to todays children. It should not be slow kinds. It should be able to excite the child and relate to them - may be like astroboy or ben 10. Who ever gives me the best animation quality in the first 5 seconds, will have a chance of working with me on regular basis in future with larger budgets. This is an year long project. This is going to be repetitive in nature - since the we are planning a series on it. Only serious 2D animators with real skills apply.
