Create an Animation

I am looking to create a 10 min animation of the metaphorical history of a building. We will be working together on this (I will add green screened material on top of the VFX base you will create. See before and after renderings (attached) made in Photoshop and watch the video below to get an idea of what the project should look like visually when in video form. Example [login to view URL] The rough story is as follows. *Fade from darkness into a building being assembled and constructed (1min 30sec) *Shots fired and bullets hit the building creating holes (30 sec) *Building begins to bleed from holes and crack. (40 sec) *We see flashing lights from the ambulance illuminate the building (40 sec) *The building begins to de-saturate have the illusion of dying (40 sec) *The windows begin to fill with water, and then shatter, and water comes out the windows like the building is crying, flooding everything (40 sec) * A beam of light begins to come from the ground, healing the cracks and holes with a glowing light, stitching the building back together. (40 sec) *We see the building slowly become prosperous, it looks fresh, trees grow around the building, and it becomes new and flashy.
