Appointment Setter

Job Responsibilities The majority of our business comes from real estate agent referrals and we are always in search of new real estate agents with whom we can build partnerships. This person would be in charge of calling roughly 40-80 agents per day in an attempt to set a zoom (virtual) meeting between them and myself. This is a sales position as you will be calling these agents in an effort to set an appointment which will require you selling them on why they should at least meet with. This isn't a one call close or high-pressure sales environment so don't worry. You will be calling the same agents for 12 weeks building a relationship with them over time until they agree to an appointment. So, although this is a sales/appointment setting position, think of it as relationship building. Job Requirements: 2 Years of College or a Technical or Vocational School with a minimum typing speed of 40wpm. Background, criminal and reference checks. This person must be comfortable with phone sales/appointment setting. This person must be assertive and know how to control a conversation via phone. This person must speak with confidence and be able to sell our company via phone. Must be familiar with basic mortgage and real estate terms and roles. Must have a quite (kid and pet free) home office during business hours. Must have a modern computer and high speed internet. Must have knowledge or experience managing CRM Must be available to work 9am - 1pm EST Monday through Friday. Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision. You must be Englis Speaker. No hint of an accent and familar with American Culture Cover Letter Must Include: Why is part-time employment sufficient long term?
