The profiles I need range from customer support and technical support through to IT development and classic IT support/help-desk, so a solid grasp of both service-oriented and technical skill sets is essential. Every candidate you present must already be operating at a senior level and come with proven experience in at least one of these sectors: telecommunications, finance, healthcare, or e-commerce. Cultural fit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are equally important, so I’ll rely on you to verify soft-skills and stability, not just the résumé keywords.
