Development of a database driven online Sencha app for displaying questionnaires and graphs of responses. Details of pages expected are as follows,
1. Login page with Facebook, Twitter and Google+ integration
2. Configuration screen to select options
3. Display categories of questions
4. Display list of questions divided into sub-categories
5. Display question with options for response
6. Display graph/pie chart of the response
The app will be database driven using an online DB in SQLite or MySQL.
Designs for the screens and database will be provided.
