Create bot to make purchases on specific website

I'm looking for someone who could create a bot to make a purchase on a website/blog using PayPal when items are posted at random times. There is a particular artist whose work I have been collecting for several years. He releases new work at random times on his website that is set-up in a blog format. Up until 6 months ago, I had a pretty good shot of acquiring one; however, it now appears that others are using bots to buy the work and then post it for sale on e-bay. Needless to say, it's very frustrating. In any case, I would like to fight fire with fire so to speak. The purchases are for my personal collection. I'm not looking to make money off of it. As you have probably figured out by now, I am quite new to this, but I figured I would give it a shot. Please let me know if anyone is interested and what the approximate cost will be. There are no verification protocols in place. The purchase just has to be made before the inventory runs out which is typically in less than a minute.
