BULK SMS API FOR A BULK SMS GATEWAY

please i want an SMS application that will fit into an SMS gateway for what i want to use concerning the bulksms i will buy from my provider. See attachment for table format. This means that when a contact is added with number and birthday, the next five columns should be there for ticking/ choosing if they would like to receive messages from such group. Once all input are added per my description above, i would like the system enable automatic Happy Birthday Messages to contacts on the system that have their birthday on each particular day by also personalising the message automatically. System will automatically group contacts per group names shown in the COLUMNS of table above as its been choose upon adding a contact. Hope to hear from you soon. John 0242526284
