Attendance Monitoring and Tracking System using Smart Cards and RFIDs

We are consultants to Schools. We have need to develop an effective Students Attendance and Tracking Systems. The systems should include the capabilities of online access of student attendance status by parents or authorized persons. Reports should be robust and flexible. We intend that the program should work with Smart Cards to be manufactured by third party. Interested persons should please provide details of the understanding of the project AND itemize the proposed sequence of operations of the proposed system. The system should be designed to cater for a group of schools or multiple campus institutions.
