Advice on SVN/CVS and installing it on a CentOS server

You should use SVN and not CVS, even though Git is more superior solution these days. I will setup SVN server for you. I have great experience with management of SVN.

And GIT is better ;) .

I recommend to you install Apache subversion on CentOS. There is gui excellent client for Windows. Also is possible to have access to repository over a web interface. I need ssh access to install it

Hi, cvs is too old and less used nowdays. So i advice you to choose from svn and git. svn and git have many differences: * git is distributed, while svn is not * git branch is much cheaper than svn * but svn has better permission control than git which one to choose is depending on your needs.
