I need a workflow management software that has some human resource capabilities. This software will be used to approve different requests as per customer requirements. Example an employee should be able to fill in a leave form and attach all neccessary docs, then submit a form, then a form goes to his manager for approval if possible to another level of management and finally end user gets a responce to weather his leave has been approved or not. Incorporate all other basic HR management systems functionalities. System should be able to integrate with LDAP and SMTP. Project will have two phases 1) requrement capture, specification and software system desing and documentation. This has different payment. 2) System implementation as per design.
