We Need a small piece of software with a welcome/login screen with a customisable logo and basic instructions on how to use the software(customizable). once logged in the user is brought to a menu where they can choose to go to a list of iptv channels or to basic web services like Skype, Facebook and youtube or to an about page that will need to be customizable like an html page or something and lastly to a list of movies that will get billed once the user checks out maybe sortable via release date and genre. on the list of channels we need to be able to add the streaming links icons and text about the channel. the app will also need to be able to turn the tv screen off and on using something along the lines of hdmi-cec commands. the app needs to run on device start up and not allow anyone but and admin to close it without powering off the device. the software will need to be configurable via an admin interface and both the app config and channel lists need to be importable and exportable with something like a csv file. the app needs to run on an android Remix Mini platform and every customization possible including look and feel (Theming) will need to be concidered.
