Hi, Please read everything before posting a proposal. I need a model to identicate and read European Licence Plate (I insist, we are trying to do that in two steps!) . The model must be compatible with OpenVino You are going to use a dataset generated by a script. (json + image). If you have a better dataset, or idea, you are welcome! The main purpose of the model is to identicate and read european licence plate on this kind of videos : [login to view URL] Don't forget the hyphen! We have wonderful results with [login to view URL] but it is not Free and we can't use it to improove or change the results! So, please make a proposal only if you know what I am talking about and if you have an experience with openvino and transfer. We are going to use Myriad chipset (this is important) (I need the model in FP16) For different reasons, Openvino has pretty good resuls with transfer learning from MobilNetSSD. If you have any suggestions, ideas, or anything, you are welcome and I will listen it! For the payement -> I will create at the beggining of the project Milestone I will pay when the job will be done. No payment by advance. To be sure that you read this description of the project, please add the word RR in the end of you proposal! For the delay, please indicate a REAL delay. The jos is important so, please indicate a real deadline. When the delay is over, it is over. I will cancel the milestone and ask to other people to finish the job. No more time is allowed.
