Hi there! I have read your post carefully and become aware that it is something I can fulfill. If u use Win 10, u can snipping tool or win + w function for screenshot. It appears the cache/memory is not being cleared. If u run disk cleanup, restart PC then immediately try that. U can optionally use CCleaner or other utility. I hope it will work.

If you are somewhat technical, you could attempt to remove the Office registry key under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office, potentially export a backup copy in the event that it doesn't resolve the particular problem. It could also be that there are files in your user profile that are causing the issue, we would also attempt to create another user account and determine if the issue persists.
