Interface to control registration and setup of users for a mono application. Users maybe want to run more than one instance so this must be taken into account (the ablity to create more than one instance is fully controllable by admin ) A administrative user can create or delete members if creation then the ability to allow the user to run 2 3 or 4 etc instances of the application When the user is created a number of files and folders are copied to the home directory of the user (the application). This means the user needs to be a Linux user, so php is not a good choice for the scripting language. C# or golang script maybe i am open to suggestions. I will supply the application files. users will have access to a page(s) that allows manipulation of a file (.ini) with a number of settable parameters one ini file for each instance. most entries in the ini file are just true or false. 4 parts of the ini file are needed by default and to be set by the user for each instance. After this the rest are optional a users right to change each should be settable by the admin. a elevation of privileges ?. On and each elevation of use of the ini file should be recorded (maybe different user levels) ? Understand that this elevation means i can charge diffrent fees for usage so is fundamental to the whole concept. within the application there is a folder called logs which as a log file and a number of other folders that also contain logs. the contents of these log files should be written to pages. These pages should be accessible only by that user and admin (admin should be able to stop access to any one of the log files, in the sense of stopping the user accessing a page) the start stop etc of the application is controlled by a script in init.d, this already exsists but the user should have a script that access this start stop reload etc processes. you must write this file and say where it is to be located in the system if not the created user folder. The members must not have root privileges or executable with sudo. When complete this should be a set of scripts i can place in any server i must be able to install it on a server and use it. so record all file and folder perms & also i want any source code as well, as the scripts
