Automate tasks using RDP connections -- 2

We are seeking for an experimented team that would help us to develop an automation software. We are providing Windows Server (xp sp3 from 2012 rc2) services to a dozens of companies doing maintenance stuff and we need some kind of tool that would help us automating this job. What the software does : It is connecting on dozens of Remote Desktop Protocols and give certain commands on them. Basic stuff to automate : - shutdown/restart all RDP from the list - run .EXE on each and every rdp (this may require OCR processing) - open CMD and give commands, and retrieve back the output BUDGET : 600 USD (negotiable) All of the servers in our maintenance process must not have installed anything on them. We can only develop from the automation software side. We need someone serious with experience in .NET, OCR processing and RDP protocol. Please bid only if you have this skills.
