What we are looking for? Scitron is looking for someone who isn’t scared to try cool strategies to associate with their audience and is very passionate about the brand. You will be working to real deadlines and with different teams within the business. You should have the courage to think outside the box, give brilliant suggestions which can be reviewed, a creative mind with a decent portfolio. You will be working closely with the in house marketing team to create engaging posts/videos to keep the pages look fresh. Required skills: Must have a strong interest in the digital landscape, especially within the social and Influencer channel. Since the brand is new in the market, the role is focused on channel growth, you need to be a strong communicator, and delivery focused to ensure the business has a strong influencer reach. As the brand is placed within the fitness, health and supplements segment, having an interest in the fitness sector is the best bet. As a Social Media and Digital Acquisition Executive, your list of tasks will include: • Build out a strong Influencer and You Tube pipeline to run alongside marketing campaigns. • Management of channel budgets, along with building proposal decks for further investment. • Work alongside marketing to deliver an effective Social Media presence for the brand • Use of social platforms to help identify new Influencers to collaborate with. • Build out weekly and monthly reports showing performance. • Ensure Micro influencers are uploaded to our internal platform, with on-going focus on growth and sales. • Lead on competitions within the influencer space, covering from tier 1 to long-tail promoters. • Look at expanding Scitron's audience reach within other core territories within India. • Work closely with the head of brand to build out cross-channel campaigns. • Quality check all influencer work before sign-off and ensure approval from head of brand. • Build out an ongoing of hashtag trends where Scitron could be incorporated. • Support on social posting and design requirements, ensuring regular and fresh content is delivered to our followers.. • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
