About the brand Created by Samantha Faiers and Paul Knightly, My Little Darlin started by setting the benchmark for premium personalised baby gifts & clothing. The brand is now expanding by increasing the range of items past the tracksuits they initially started with, we will be bringing out a Christmas collection of pyjama’s for not only kids but the whole family. In the new year the brand will be focussing on premium children’s wear and every day clothing a child can wear around the house and out and about, all whilst still offering the custom embroidered personalisation making the items perfect for a gift. What we are looking for: My Little Darlin is looking for someone to come on board on a 1-2 freelance day rate basis spread across the week. We are looking for someone to be creative and also business focussed, the role will be managing social media accounts with new and exciting content, helping with photo shoots and brand image, handling PR and advertising for the brand including press release and influencer gifting. Working closely with the brand manager at The Middle Company, the candidate will work well independently with great initiative and presenting ideas to both Sam and Paul in by weekly meetings to help to collaborate and push the brand further. Requirements: - Creative thinking and great at collaborating. - Great knowledge of social media, mainly including Instagram and Facebook. - Good at networking and increasing media coverage - Manage the daily influencer marketing strategy (liaising with social influencers/bloggers/agents) - Monitor the impact of social media programs, and analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results - Ensure the brands social media channels are optimised for success including content planning, set-up, localisation, proactivity and reactivity
