Customize A Shopify Site (coding required)

We have a ecommerce site we are going to open with shopify. We have purchased the "Atlantic" template. We need someone to complete the template to our specifications (which is easy) but we need customization of the product templates to include:
1. Creating images as thumbnails for variants (color variant: image of color) -- there will be multiples of these
2. Change the primary product image on selection of variant (would prefer a javascript image change - no refreshing)
3. Ability to add more than 3 variants
4. Ability to add text fields to product page where customer can type in text form responses (not multiselect which is the only thing shopify supports natively)
IMPORTANT -- If you are to be considered for this job, you must be a shopify expert, and you MUST specify in your email that you can do all of the 4 major requirements above.
