Proof Reading Check Data for errors and prepare report - 2(01) - repost

There are 150 image files and 150 notepad text files total. 10 files would be given daily for proofreading for 15 days. The text file is to be compared with image file as in [login to view URL] Whatever written in image must match in text file. Sample image and text are attached datafile2. A Report is to be prepared in excel showing error as given sample [login to view URL] Errors include spelling mistakes, incorrect symbols, double spaces and Accent characters Example of Accent character is shown in [login to view URL] Example of Latin character is shown in special [login to view URL] 100% accurate report is must. WHATEVER WRITTEN IN IMAGE IS 100% CORRECT NO GRAMMATICAL RULES APPLIED. Report to be done only for text files 1) Check for spelling mistakes 2) If there is Justification of Transcribed text, report it 3) If there is Auto spacing in paragraphs, report it 4) Transcribed data must be exact replica of the image in terms of split in a word or end of line 5) If any Accent and latin characters are found report it 6) If there is use of character mapping or shortcut keys, report it 7) If Start and end line is having space, report it 8) If between two successive lines blank line found report it.
