Link Building PR4 for Limo Directory

I need 50 one way links to start - more if you do a good job. They must be PR4 and higher+ This is a test order as I am looking to build long term relations please bid accordingly. We require links on strong page rank sites (PR4 is the absolute minimum) for the following niche: Limousine Service,Airport Transportation,Corporate and Leisure Travel,Wedding,Prom,Bachelor Party. Time Frame: 2 weeks Please read the below terms to ensure that we are on the same page with regards to my expectations. 1 - Bids to submit to Web/Links Directories or article sites will be ignored. 2 - Links must be permanent, free, one way/non-reciprocal and static. 3 - Links should contain the target key phrase as a text hyperlink and links should be spread out to point to relevant pages of the website, not just the home page and should be followed by a short description that I will provide. 4 - The actual link page and the home page must both be PR4+. 5. All links must be FREE and shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines. URL must nor contain .../links/ 6. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics. 7. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag. 8. Link pages must be cached by Google within the last 30 days. 9. No FFA, guest books, links within forums, links within newsgroups or links farms, Links from link exchanges etc. and never participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs, from bad neighbourhoods (porn or other offensive websites) and no more than 20 outbound links on each web page (where link is placed). 10. One link per domain, all from different c-classes/different IP's. 11. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 12. All links should be listed in a spread sheet so I can proof them. 13 Payment will be made by Escrow, that will not be released until I have verified the URL, PR and IP address of all links. I will require any links that do not meet ALL of the listed conditions to be replaced. Don't Do Rules 1. No more than 30 outbound links on each web page where the link is placed 2. No directories, relevant discussion boards or articles sites, link Farms, FFA's, blogs, guest books, web rings, paid sites, gambling, porn 3. No scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. 4. The pages should not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the anchor text must not contain the "rel=nofollow" tag. 5. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. 6. No redirects, JavaScript links, Flash sites/pages 7. No banned Sites or black-hat tactics please 8. No blacklisted or Spam sites 9. No dynamically generated links 10. No automated submissions, (all links must be manually submitted) 11. Do not get all the links at once, they must be spread out.
