Forum hand forum posting Hourly wage NOT SPAM

Hello, We have a list of about 60 different forums that we would like to begin becoming rather active on to increase the link got from out signatures. We do not want someone to just go in and spam. We want credible post the engage the community. We are looking to hire someone at first for about 10 hours a week. This may increase as we are becoming very busy. Please submit your hourly costs for posting. We will provide you with a copy of our forum posting software for better effectiveness. Detailed reports of accounts and posts made must be kept. Also, you will be required to change signature text from time to time. Please submit your hourly request for this work. Experienced forum poster only with good english skill and that can post intelligent comments. Please quote for 10 hours of posting. If you have experience, please list how many forums posts you can accomplish per hour when making non automated comments. We are also trying to build credibility in these forums.
