I'm in charge of selling leather products (mostly bags) to foreign customers and I want to expand the market to Japan. I already tested the ground in person, it's really profitable.
I need a Native Japanese speaker to use the most popular websites (Yahoo Auction, BUYMA, etc.), create sales insertion in Japanese language and communicate with the prospects and customers before, during and after the sale, until the customers is satisfied and leaves a positive feedback.
I'm looking for a polite, proactive and precise Assistant, with great care to the customer's request.
The workflow I planned is the following:
-Skype videocall with me, in order to confront ourselves
-Use of the mentioned websites in order to create account and insertion
-Debriefing via Skype and planning of the subsequent actions
-Daily contact via email, containing the report of the contact kept with the prospects, in English language
If our working relation develops well and the sales are good, I plan to redefine the terms of our business relation, varying the hourly rate and adding bonuses based on sales and customers satisfaction.
