Need an experienced email marketing manager

Marketing Manager Join a growing jewelry company - our team is seeking a highly motivated, seasoned marketing professional to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated by results, data-driven, well versed in the concepts of retail sales and customer segmentation, able to produce content in a well written and action-oriented tone, fast learning, digital marketing-centric, and able to bring experience and results to a fast-growing company. Main Job Duties: - Work closely with VP of Sales and Marketing to support company retail & eCommerce sales channels - Collaborate with the design department - Create and distribute company email marketing material - Segment and distribute SMS messaging to targeted customer lists to promote sales initiatives - Coordinate company seasonal promotions - Write product descriptions & blog content for the website - Social media content production & management - Affiliate marketing management Skills & Knowledge Requirements: - 5+ years of retail marketing & sales experience including eCommerce channels - Firm understanding of data segmentation practices - Strong writing & content production capabilities - Seasoned social media experience and analytical skills with respect to design and analysis - Prior knowledge of key SEO principals - an eMail marketing veteran with a complete understanding of workflow automation and eCommerce integrations - Detailed knowledge of SMS marketing - Experience in developing and executing new business, cross-sell, upsell, and retention campaigns - Knowledge of Shopify, ShopifyPlus, Klaviyo, Photoshop, Excel a major plus - BA / BS / MBA Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent work experience
