I am able to create job postings, post on job boards, reach of to potential candidates (both active and passive) conduct phone interviews, pay/salary negotiations, job offers, onboarding of new hires. I have recruited and hired in both a corporate and staffing agency environment. I've also recruited for and marketed for the insurance industry. Though not current, I did at one point hold an active p&c, life and health license so I do understand the industry.
