I’m expanding our outbound capability and want to partner with a small, existing sales agency or BPO team—minimum head-count of five—on a purely commission basis. Your team should already be comfortable with Telecalling, Lead generation and Sales outreach; if you also handle field sales, even better. We will begin with a short pilot to verify call quality, conversion ratios and reporting discipline. Once the pilot KPIs are met, we’ll move into a longer-term, scalable rollout. There are no hourly fees or retainers—earnings come directly from the deals you close.
