Don't worry jag I got this because... Hi Jag. I'm not bidding. I just want to say that despite the fact that you came across a couple of scammers, you don't have to be rude. I've used Freelancer.com myself for hiring, and also saw that people here seem to be unreliable. But the reason is that most of them just don't "feel" your project (thus they don't care for anything except a quick buck). But not all. For example, I've worked remotely on many decent sized projects: an international electronics shipping website, an online advertising website, a political social network. And often I was successfully designing not just the code, but the business system too. Many times I worked with people from different countries (US etc.). Physically meeting them. For months I was traveling to 3-4 cities per week, to set up the business. I'm specializing in the back-end. So I'm not interested in the website looking "pretty". I'm interested in how it's optimizing someone's work/life, and how to improve this process using code. Today I mostly work on developing my own projects. Sometimes I consult. And maybe if I find you to be an interesting, reliable, promising person, I can build you a stable system. I don't have time for on-going (agile) development. But I can in 10 days tidy up a Rails project of any size. See what's done and add what's left. Considering how important updates are for you, no matter who you hire, ask to set up Jira and Pivotal. Then you won't have such management problems
