Doing a research about administrative districts, the other geographic districts, population data and polygon data* of India on the web, and inputting them to the format which is provided.
*polygon data: geographic information data which describes a shape of the district on a map

List of the other geographic districts which are not administrative but generally used.
If you are not sure it's administrative, describe as "2" not “1”.
