What I do: I coach men and women who have been on the dieting rollercoaster and sabotage their weight loss efforts by binge eating and overeating What I help clients do differently as a result of the coaching: Learn about change, how change produces resistance and how to dissolve that resistance Learn about harmful body-type role models Learn how the food industry and marketing messages sabotage our efforts to eat healthier and cleaner foods Learn how sugar activates the pleasure centers in our brains causing us to crave even more sugar Learn how to read food ingredient labels Learn how to view food as fuel, not a reward Learn how to develop awareness around actual hunger vs. different unresolved emotions Learn how to plan meals and deal with the inevitable food cravings Learn how to stop the cycle of overeating/self-hatred/overeating/self-disappointment/overeating/self punishment And more ... What I need you to help me with: Take my knowledge and distill it into a comfortable, coherent and compelling curriculum that can be delivered 1:1 over zoom and, eventually, adapted to an online course
