• Objective : Business Process Review and Improvement (end-to-end business and people processes)
Our Proposed Approach / Coverage : Consultant along with team will assist in
Business Process Review and Improvement : We will follow the 6-Sigma DMAICR (Define-Measure-Analyse-Implement-Control-Report) Process, as follows :
• Stage 1 : Baseline
o Review of end-to-end current Business Processes – these will include
o Gap-Analysis
• Stage 2 : Process Improvement / Sustenance
o Define benchmark / desired state
o Process Optimisation to benchmarked / desired state for each process including interlinkages between functions
o Monitor progress
Our coverage will broadly include the following critical factors :
• Analysis / review of current documentation / sales MIS – for category-wise billing, peaks day(s) / time, staffing etc
• 1-1 interviews with key management / key personnel from all functions to cover process understanding and responsibilities
• On-site / on-ground study of the as-is, end-to-end business processes including broadly
o Marketing / sales including collaborations / tie-ups + branding (online and off-line) : check for leads / business generated vs payouts (ROI); listings on key sites, customer feedback
o Supply Chain process if required
• Procurement – time, quantity, quality, margins + vendor management norms
• Inventory Management – item-wise stocking norms
o Operations •Customer Service oFinance – revenues, profitability, Cash Mgmt etc
o HR & Tech process etc
