Sketchup modelling and rendering -- 2

I require a series of 3D models to be created in Google Sketchup. Attached is an example. There is approx 20 to do, each slightly different, but all made with blocks, so will need a concrete texture.
Dimensions and figures not required, just the modelling.
You'll need to give me an estimate to produce each one. Use this as your first example. Please quote to produce this in hours and cost. Successful candidate will get an opportunity to produce this model and if satisfactory, will get all remaining models.

Dropbox account required.
Attached line drawing need to be converted into 3D models. Some changes will be made. Block diagrams and dimensions will be provided. Do to scale.
