We currently own an 80 acre property within the suburbs and would like to design a paintball field concept. Given COVID and the current demand for outdoor activities for kids, adults, and corporate retreats, we believe this is a great time to develop a paintball (destination) business. We are looking for this design to balance budget and creativity. Field concepts can include, but not limited to 1) Cities/towns of interest within the state I am located 2) Military fields (army, air force, etc.) 3) Video maps (Fortnite, Call of Duty, Mario World, Doom) 4) Basic fields with logs, plastic and concrete barriers Assuming permits are approved, we are looking to have this business operational in 2021. I am looking for someone to help with the design and illustration rendering so that we can begin speaking with regulator for permit approval.

People are going a bit crazy so I think this concept works well. 1. Locate the land 2. Do the landscaping design 3. Once you approve start on the building design and layout 4. Work with project management. They will watch budget, construction, paperwork, approval process, inspection, and even help with marketing. Saves thousands having one team and is done in half the time. plus you are not looking for 15 different people to work on the same schedule Thoughts?
