Hi, I have over 5 years of programming experience with python. I can help you with this as I have a lot of open source contribution experience as well. The thing with these statistics libraries usually is that they expect the data to be present in a certain, strict format and wouldn't accept any variation. I can help you either format that data programmatically in your module so that it provides the data to the library(you mention you are using from github) in an acceptable format, or if you for some reason don't want that, we can also look at altering the library to accept the data in the format you want it to be. In order to complete your task I require access to your repo and some sample data (a CSV file) along with a set of python libraries need by your project, to recreate your environment on my local machine. As you mention, this should be a straightforward procedure and can easily be tested in both the python repl and via tests (if you have written any). I work in a Python centric environment and use Python exclusively for many personal projects. I will have no problem reading the source for your library and the library you installed to get the call made properly.
