Jenkins incremental builds and deployment to Nexus from Jenkins

I would like to write scripts that should only build changes(merges) in Bitbucket to build via Jenkins triggers builds and compile. As part of deploy job I would like only newly built jars/zip files to be uploaded in Nexus.
I am trying to integrate Talend with jenkins to publish jobs in nexus repo - I am able to establish connectivity with Talend and Jenkins but I am want to build only the changes that occur in my Bitbucket, now my Jenkins is picking up the entire repository and building the whole code.
