You need to run sniffing on the wireless device and write pcap files that contain only headers. For wireless connections, they will also contain the signal strength. These files need to be transferred to the FTP server periodically. On this server, using tshark, they are converted to the desired format. And the result is already sent for processing to your system. There are many nuances. But the most important are two: - such collection of information is illegal in some countries - the devices show their real MAC addresses only if they are connected to the access point.
