git command line pull / review / approve /delete a pull request

Need git assistance – command line, I did this: git request-pull mbranch1 ./ Question 1 So checking how this works, I looked in gitlab/bitbucket/github and do not see the pull request and I assume because another person needs to approve, correct ? How does the other person check? Is there something else? Question 2 How does the pull request get reviewed and approved at command line? Question 3 How does the pull request get deleted at command line? General Details Please only BID if you know how to do this and are certain you can do this? Expecting this is something easy for about $10 or so and will be something person on this topic would know and understand.
