Build a executable package for Linux and Windows OS

Bid is Negotiable. I am experience in creating rpm, deb and binary on Linux and can create .exe for windows. I have 8 years of experience as a Linux System Administrator. I posses good knowledge of mail server like zimbra, sendmail, web server like Apache, shell scripting, Virtualization like Citrix Xen server, kvm, vmware. I am able to Hardware installation, Network installation, Cisco 881 router configuration and installation. I have knowledge of mysql and oracle database as well. Knowledge of security compliance rule DISA STIGs, PCI-DSS. I have also done Tally 6.3 Certification. Knowledge of devops tools like docker, vagrant, jenkins, github etc. Knowlege of Amazon AWS cloud services,windows 2003, 2008, 2012. Recently i have completed the "AWS Solution architect -Associate" training program. I am able to learn and work on new technologies. I have done a lot of this things before, and I think I can do it. I have experience in dev python project and also packaged it into .deb file. As for .exe file , i think there are lots of tools like py2exe can help us to do it. What's more I have working on virtualization for 2 years, and i spend lots of time on OS which means i have the abilities of solving problems.
