Build django website with using elasticsearch

I want you to build a website for my master thesis. Which is a data science project. So there will be user authentication at website. When user come to website he/she will create a user. After that website will ask how many tweets will he/she evaluate. For example if user typed 1000, website will select 1000 tweets from elasticsearch index which I have prepared and create new index with his name and update selected 1000 tweets first or second or third user's name field with this user's name. These 1000 tweets shouldn't be evaluated before from same [login to view URL] has around 120k tweets. Each tweet has to be analyzed by three different users. Each tweet document is a json document in elasticsearch. Tweets will have 8 fields. Users will see tweet's id, text, created time. But documents will have also polarity, location, first user's name who is evaluated this tweet first time, second user's name and third user's name. After user finished 1000 tweets website will move tweets to final index and ask to user if user wants to evaluate more tweet.
