Transcription of a talk

I have a 170 minute talk audio, which I need transcribed. Non-native Chinese speaker. Fast talker but clear voice. Good quality audio with some background noise but speaker clear.

Must be comfortable with Chinese accent.

Transcription needs to be intelligent verbatim without uhhs and uhhms.

Transcriptionist must know how to proofread there own work.

Preference will be given to low bid with good transcription skill and fast turnaround

NOTE: Payment within 2-3 days.
