Implement changes to existing WooCommerce Store

Hello! I need a skilled WooCommerce coder to implement some changes for our existing website called suntribesunscreen.com. The website currently displays an error - it cannot be loaded. First of all I would need you to fix this error (don't know what has caused it, it worked fine a few days ago). Then, if you succesfully do this, then we need the following fixes implemented as well: - ALL outgoing email from the store should be forwarded to our email address. - Option for pre-orders: Customers should have the ability to chose an alternative date of shipping. - Due date on invoices. Currently we have PDF invoices sent out automatically, we need a due date for payment added to them. - PDF invoices should include customer VAT-number - Checkout should save VAT numbers for users. - Add a new section under resellers where new resellers are listed. In this case, it would be about 2 rows with 5 different stores in each. Each store should have a small description, including logo, website and country. - Customers should only be able to add phone number without spaces in checkout - “Waves” section on “Our Story” displays incorrectly, small white space - Product & reseller page on Mobile version allows for zoom, should not be allowed - “Add to cart” text should be white Instagram stream above footer
