Build an EA for Meta Trader4

Hi all, I want an EA for MT4 that can enter up to 6 limit orders outside the fibonacci retracement tool calculated on the HH and LL of a previous period. The periods I'm interested in are previous day and previous week. In order to avoid confusion with levels, let's assume that we always draw the FIB retracement tool from the LL to the HH of the period (UP FIB) (I really don't care if it's an up or down movement, as I will use symetric levels). Money management should be in place, if lotsize = 0-> MM, if Risk =0 -> Lotsize. Please follow the example on the image. User adjustable settings: 1. Period: -> D1/W1 2. 1st buy limit level: ->Yes/No ->whaterver level over 1 (1.2 for eg.) -> Lotsize -> Risk (%) 3. 2nd buy limit level: ->Yes/No ->whaterver level over 1 (1.4 for eg.) -> Lotsize -> Risk (%) 4. 3rd buy limit level: ->Yes/No ->whaterver level over 1 (1.6 for eg.) -> Lotsize -> Risk (%) 5. SL for all 3 orders ->whaterver level over 3rd buy limit (2.0 for eg.) +/- -> buffer in pips Same thing for the sell limit orders, of course levels are below 0 (-0.2, -0.4, -0.6, -1) Trailing stop with trailing step for All orders. Pending orders should be good till canceled manually, even if orders for next period are opened, so a magic number or something should be placed on. May the best coder take this job.
