i need to make invoice approval system in excel

Hello, THis seems very doable. I would envision giving the user a button that they could select which .pdf invoice they would like to import into the worksheet. In addition, give them the ability to send an email directly from the workbook to a manager (maybe have a dropdown list incorporated) and it would send the workbook to a manager. The manager would have to log in with a password and be able to mark it as approved/rejected. and maybe have some visual picture appear like a check mark or a big x. The manager would log out and return/save or send to the employee. There would be an administrative background that would allow various managers to be added. The workbook would need to have tight security to prevent the users from "cracking" it to see the managers' passwords. Let me know if you have any questions, I'd love to give you a hand on this.
