Each broker has their own platform on which individuals can invest in these trades and each broker regulates the pricing on their own platform which means their prices are all different at the same time. So, what I want the program to do is analysis an asset (for example EUR/USD) on ANY two separate broker platforms at the exact same time to determine the price flow time difference. For example, if broker #1 has the price at $1.00 and broker #2 has the price at $1.05 how long does it take for the price on broker #1 to catch up to broker #2. That's why I need at least 15-20 minutes of data comparison to make this determination. Otherwise, it may just turn out to be some kind of glitch or fluke. There are a lot of different binary options brokers, so I want the program to allow me to choose any two brokers.
