Hi, I currently have 3 websites which I currently sell through using [login to view URL], I need customer order information to be automatically extracted from EKM for this to work. How it works at the moment: The process as it stands, is when an order is placed on one of the websites I have to manually add the item ordered and the cost value to a Google spreadsheet which is shared with my supplier. The supplier sends orders to me using this spreadsheet and puts the tracking reference in a column next to the item, we then use this spreadsheet to confirm the item has arrived by colouring the row green, if the supplier is out of stock of an item they will colour it yellow, once the customer has cancelled the item from our end we will mark the row red and change the price column on that row to zero. We leave "out of stock" items yellow until the customer cancells because the supplier may be able to supply the item afterwards. I use this spreadsheet to work out my running total owed to the supplier which I extract the value to another spreadsheet I use for my financials ------------------------------------------------------------- I want the processof extracting: order number and product titles from EKM Powershop to google sheets to be automatic, I then want to be able to edit the information inputted on the sheet as I please, eg colouring mentioned above. There is a way to extract information from [login to view URL] by going to: [login to view URL] also there are automatic emails which are sent from ekmpowershop after an order is placed which can cover the order information however a programmer previously had issues extracting information that way to go straight to the spreadsheet. I also want the price column to update based on a number of rules derived from the product title as the price is always reflected within the title which we have always maintained a pattern for.
